I got two credit cards from ABN AMRO and they mislead with the offered benefits of their credit cards. They mention free cinema tickets and free entrance to Ski Dubai. The Free movie tickets promotion in valid ONLY on Fridays, ONLY one movie (not your choice, theirs) ONLY one timing and ONLY one cinema. The "free" Ski Dubai entrance is almost the same, and it is not free. it is a "discount'. As soon as I can I will definitely change my credit cards to other bank because the customer service is not great either... Maybe in other countries ABN AMRO isn't that bad but in Dubai it is a disappointment. Well, sometimes if the card benefits are god it worths to pay an annual fee.
